The company I work for has spent $30,000 with these jerks in the last few months and up until now we'd had a pretty good experience with them. I went in for a couple very small warranty issues today, and when I talked to a technician he denied any responsibility or liability, handed me a bag of nuts and bolts and said "the parts you need are in there somewhere, fix it yourself." I've been in the landscape industry for over a decade and never been treated so poorly. If you are looking to buy or get your still serviced, d and b supply is great. Toro, go see the guys at lawn equipment company. Stay away from these a-holes.

We enjoy patronizing you business when we are in the area, but your web site is terrible. You offer no information regarding any of your supplies, equipment (other than Stihl) or medical supplies or applications. Nothing shows any brands that are carried... or if you carry a particular brand. It would be nice to know, before making a drive to your business, if you carry a particular medication or supply. How do you expect people to conduct sufficient inquiries to determine they want to make the drive to your business, when nothing is shown on a web site?
