Lee's Mongolian Grill opened in Springfield, Oregon in September 2011. It is a family owned and operated restaurant which proudly serves the Eugene/Springfield area. The food is always fresh and healthy with no MSG. It is a Mongolian-style, all you can eat buffet where your meal is cooked while you watch and wait. Lee's just opened for us folk not in Eugene. Very nicely decored this is still you standard Mongolian Grill. Same rules apply here as well, only what you can eat and no take home.
