Best purchasing experience in Eastside Lawton in a long time! The customer service is genuine, welcoming, and positive. Great people and the business has made a great improvement.

This is the worse establishment i have ever been to. This company does not care about customer service. Dont ever write a check to them. I addmit i made a horrible mistake and this was the first time this has ever happend to me. I wrote a check to this company not knowing that when i went to pay my bills i had accidently only left 3 dollars in my accont not knowing the check i wrote to this company did not go through my account. When it finally did it overdrew my account. However the amount was small when i called to contact the person in charge to ask if i could pay them directly and the return fee i was hung up on twice first after i was put on hold and second when i called back. After the third time the "young" gentlemen i spoke with said he looked for the check and told me he couldnt find the check and that it was turned over to checkmasters. First of all he never asked for the name on the check or its amount just the date it was written. Secondly they never sent me a notice or even tried to offer me the chance to come and pick it up. This store is by far the worse place i have ever done buisness with and i would NOT reccomend it to anybody not even my worse enemy.
