they kept $1000 of our deposit for things like dust and smudges on kitchen floor where we had cleaned it..apparently they had to hire a cleaner for that??? also charged us to clean yard, but when we moved in the yard was a mess and I had to clean it. they have charged us for stuff from the previous owners. renae was rude and told us we didnt know how to clean..we cleaned for 2 whole days!! I would avoid, avoid, AVOID!!

Very disappointing - unable to set an appointment to inspect a home for rent for a week. by Ghiby - 06/11/2008
I was looking for a home to rent having available a low budget as a single person.
I found one in West Valley City on their website.
It was the best deal they had listed for homes for rent and it was within my spending limit.
I was ready to visit the property and then to proceed with the application, pay the fee, the deposit and 1st month rent.
From the moment I found the property on the website, it was a Tuesday evening, June 2008, I did my best to get in touch with an agent, and set up an appointment - email, phone calls, talking with different people from the staff.
I was unable for find an available agent to meet me and inspect the property before we start the paperwork for 5 business days in a row, even if I tried to call their office every single day and I made myself available for a meeting anytime between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
In the end, after a week, the next Tuesday, when I called again (like every day) I was told that the home I was looking at was rented by someo
