I contracted this company to fix a roof leak in August 2009. They guranteed thier work and did the intitial job on 8/14/2009, and I paid in full. The leak wasn't fix at all, so I called the company back. They promised to be back the next day, but they never showed. After 15 phone calls asking/begging them to come back and fix the leak, they finally came back and worked on the leak for 10 mins and said it was fixed. 3 days later the leak was worse than before. At this point I called a total of 33 times to the company from my cell phone, home phone, and office phone. I left a total of 29 voicemails stating my leak was still not fix, and that I need to set up an appointment to finish the job. Finally I called the company from my neighbors phone in order to find out if the company had closed or if they were ignoring my phone calls. On the first ring from my neighbors phone they answered. Before I said my name the first thing I asked is if they gurantee thier work. The lady (wife of the owner) stated "yes sir, we 100% gurantee all of our work." After that I stated my name and why I was calling. She said she was not ignoring my calls, but had just been on the other line anytime I called. At this point she got extremely rude with me. She said she could take a message and pass it along to her husband, I told her I had zero confidence in that being done and asked for her to transfer me to him. She said she couldn't do that, so I asked for a cell phone number and she replyed she couldn't give that to me. Finally she put me on hold for 5 mins, came back and said he would meet me at my house in 30 mins. I went straight home, an hour later he showed up. He promised to come back the next day and had a plan to fix the leak. If he didn't fix it, he would give me half my money back. He didn't fix it, and it took me 3 more calls and a treat of a lawsuit to get him to agree to meet me so that I could get my money back. In a total of 4 months I made 51 phone calls and only 4 were answered (only 3 after the intial call, with one being from a neighbors phone). I left 29 voicemails, and never recieved a call back. And after 4 months, I still have a roof leak.
