All nail files and buffers are disposable and use one time per clients...clips, nippers, cuticle pushers are washed and sanitized in grade sterilizer...... thought I'd give LCN another try which is another story ~ This is the other story. I'd like to be an advocate for a local salon but have yet to find one in Wake Forest. I have been to LCN Nail once before and it was okay; just felt awkward, I felt out of place. Then, I went back to have the deboggle corrected from Lucky Nail to have the shellac removed. That was an awful experience. The man and woman in charge put this elderly lady to task, and she was rough! Rubbing, scrubbing and stabbing my nails and cuticles with tools to remove the shellac. Needless to say, I would not recommend because it seems the management puts people to work who aren't trained or happy to be there. If your employees are happy, the customers will be happy!

This nail salon is very nice. They take extra special care to make sure your experience is a good one. Very clean, affordable, and many services available. I go every other week and look forward to the pampering.
