These guys did great for me by Steve - 10/17/2009
So, when I turned on my main water line after doing a fix it job, the water line started leaking outside the faucet. I panicked a little, then gave these guys a call. The gentleman listened to my problem, then had me try a very simple fix. It worked.I was very appreciative that he tried something simple and the most likely problem. I appreciate that he helped me straight out rather than worried about his bottom line.

I called them to repair/replace my garbage disposal. They were the only people that could come out that day, and they even came earlier than the appointment set! The technician was friendly, honest, and great to work with. He tried to fix it, but when unable to and a replacement was necessary, he was open and honest about his opinion and on what the price would be. The price was very reasonable, much less than I expected, and I have been happy with the new disposal. Would definately use them again.

I had several plumbing jobs and finally decided it was time to call a plumber, when water started leaking in the basement. I called Layton and Sons Plumbing at 8:00 a.m., and they were here before 9:00 a.m. to take a look. They were very knowledgeable and very friendly and efficient. They took a look and then came back to finish all the jobs. Very professional, I will certainly call them again.

Our tankless water heater stopped working right after Christmas. With it being a holiday weekend my husband was afraid the cost of a service call would be extremely high. Plus, since our water heater is tankless, a lot of water heater people are clueless as to what to do. I typed "water heater repair" into DexKnows and it led me to Layton & Sons Plumbing and Heating. I called them (on a Saturday afternoon 2 days after Christmas) and they were very helpful. They asked me some questions on the phone, then talked to my husband for a while. Even though my husband said he didn't want to pay weekend rates for a service call, they continued to talk to him and made several suggestions. With their encouragement and suggestions, my husband was able to fix the water heater. Now we have hot water again. THANK YOU LAYTON & SONS! I will call you first if we ever have another plumbing or heating problem.
