The lady complained the whole time and told my husband that she didn't know our dogs were so big. I had in fact made the appointment myself over the phone with her and explained how one of my dogs weighed around 60 to 70 lbs, the other weighs 50 lbs. She told my husband that she just got back from gambling at the casino (mind you, this was 12:30 p.m.) and was tired, because she hadn't slept all night. If I were here, I would have sent her packing. I wouldn't want her working on my dogs in her state of mind.
