• Call weekdays, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., to speak to one of our referral counselors. They can help determine the type of legal assistance you need and can schedule an appointment for you with a member attorney.
• This 30-minute consultation will be with a lawyer who practices in the area of your legal need, and can often be scheduled for the next business day. You can be confident that the attorney is appropriately insured and in good standing with the bar.
• The attorney does not charge for this initial meeting; however, there is a $30 administrative fee to support this public service. No administrative fee is charged for referrals involving personal injury, product liability, professional malpractice, or workers’ compensation.
• Following the consultation, if you choose to hire the attorney, all fees are negotiated between you and the attorney. You are under no obligation to hire the attorney after your consultation.
• Our phone counselors are familiar with the metro area’s resources and may be able to refer you to other available options to help with your concern.
