Robin does excellent work. He is very professional and efficient in his field. Highly recommend to anyone buying/selling a house!

I have never given a poor review and would hate to destroy anyone's reputation unless totally warranted. I have given Lawson Inspection weeks and now months to get back to me and they continue to ignore emails and phone calls. They do not stand behind their service. We were referred to Lawson Inspection by our real estate agent. We paid them for their service. They missed a huge furnace issue that included leaks in the walls which contained mold and water damage...there was a clear indication of this in a large area on the garage ceiling. Not only did the assistant/receptionist say it's not their problem, she was also rude in stating that we should read the contract, and that they are not liable for anything...the work performed by this company was sloppy and poor and will now cost us thousands of dollars to fix. If they would have done their job in the first place, the seller would have had to fix these obvious problems. DO NOT use this company. Poor work, and even worse follow up and customer service.

So glad we called Robin Lawson Saving us big $$$ on our home purchase in Hinsdale
