Great staff! Very professional and informative every step of the process! Tim is very easy to work with and fights very aggressively on your behalf!

I called to speak with Tim regarding a negligence suit. The first woman that answered was professional and said she would transfer me to Tim. But, instead I got Janet. His "associate" according to Janet who stated she works with Tim on all cases. Janet treated me like worse than pond scum as she asked so many personal questions that were inappropriate. I questioned why? She told me that either she or Tim would get back to me. Then, the information she asked for seems to have been delivered to the company I was interested in suing. Never did receive a return telephone call from Tim (3 days have lapsed). Did receive a threatening call from the company (later that day) that I exposed their negative dealings to Janet. I found out she has a personal relationship with that company. Conflict of Interest? Is that why so many inappropriate questions? Wow! What a scam. Beware! Maybe I should report this to the IN Bar as well. I am very upset about this inappropriate behavior I experienced.

I would recommend Timothy Ormes to Anyone who needs a Good Lawyers. Hes professional and very polite. He knows his stuff in and out. I had two charges against me and we went to trial and was found not guilty on both accounts.Hes always on time and keeps you informed about every move and whats going on. Highly recommended
