I'm sorry to hear you felt your experience was so awful. I do remember one of the reasons this case took so long to file was this client had money that they would lose to the court if we filed before they spent the money. We felt (and still do) that our job is to help our clients protect their hard earned money, and so we had to wait to file this case. I know this case because in the history of this law firm, there are only two clients that have not met with the attorney on the day their paperwork was filed. I want to personally apologize to this family that their experience was so awful, bankruptcy is a very stressful time and you deserved to be treated with respect. Many people do feel embarrassed when they have to file, but they shouldn't. Bad things do happen to good people and most times something outside of your control forces you into bankruptcy. While I wish I could make this up to this client and make this experience better, I can't go back and change what happened. In respect for this client, anyone who reads this review and mentions it during their free initial consultation, I will take $50.00 off the attorney fees. And to this family, please accept my apology. Theron
