Amazing service from start to finish, customer service was excellent, and finding the right pieces of furniture was a breeze. The delivery guys were extremely nice and very careful while setting up! Thank you!!

I would not recommend this furniture store to anyone. The first time we shopped there we arrived 15 minutes prior to closing, as we thought they were open a bit later on Saturday's. We were greeted by one of the managers, who didn't even say hello, but said "you know we close in 15 minutes, right?" We apologized and asked if we could have a quick look at the nursery furniture and we would leave in no time. We looked at two sets of furniture and were on our way out the door about 10 minutes later. We said we would come back and didn't want to keep the manager and he said, "good, I don't want to stay either, it's been a long day." This should have been enough to tell us not to purchase our furniture there.



We went back 2 weeks later to order our furniture. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks, but sometimes came in as soon as 4.5 weeks. The manager told us he would ask the factory to expedite since I was fairly far along in my pregnancy. We called after 6 weeks and were told it would be 2-3 more weeks. We called at 8 weeks and were told the furniture still had not shipped to them from the factory. We called at 9 weeks and were told the furniture was "released" but they couldn't tell us when they would receive it. Tomorrow will be 10 weeks and we still have no ETA on our furniture and the store continues to give us the run around when we ask for updates.



When paying over $2500 for furniture you would think you can expect better customer service. Next time I will go with a big chain store. At least they stick to their timelines.

Great service and prices. They delivered to Brooklyn, NY. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the furniture to arrive but no more than any other place. I would highly recommend.

This store has a large selection of furniture brands and they also have free delivery. You can shop all the brands online and request a price which you will recieve very quickly in your e-mail. Wonderfull customer service.
