If your door needs adjustments 4 years later that's not bad workmanship!! Do you change your oil in your car ? You pay to have it done!

Purchased new hardware for my whole house(smart key dead bolts and doorknobs, interior hardware too) everything has been pretty good, no issues or complaints, later found the same sets at home depot for about 33% more, apparently i saved a couple hundred dollards without noticing, happy customer.

Company only honors one year warranty. Not concerned with workmanship. I bought a custom door from company and four years later needs adjustment. Company will not come out and bargain on price to fix.
