Poor Customer service and Defective Merchandise

I purchased and item (5/2013) after trying it in the store. Immediately after delivery I noticed that the product was poorly constructed and was falling apart. I immediately called the store and got a run around from the sales person. Called the store manager and was told to call another person. After two months of phone calls and waiting for them to get around to addressing this issue, I was told the item I bought was no longer available. Two days later I was told it was reordered and would be delivered in two days!!! It was not the same item I purchased, but Larsons had taken it upon themselves to order what they wanted and then, when I sent it back, along with the original item,I asked for a refund. They denied that request. I was forced to call consumer protection agencies for help and finally VISA credited back my money. POOR BUSINESS TACTICS! BEWARE!!!
