I was referred to Larsen Motors by a friend in the automotive industry. After my experience there today it is clear to see why! They are professional, knowledgable, and very resaonably priced. When we discussed the repairs needed for my vehicle, he explained the repairs in a way that I could understand without "talking down" to me. Jake also took the time to let me know which repairs he recommended for safety reasons and which repairs would reduce nuisence issues. Excellent service!

I am so pleased with Larsen Motors. I recommend them to all my friends. They do terrific work. They are easy to work with. They are dependable and honest. I have gone to them for years.

Larsen is the most honest auto shop I have ever dealt with. If you are tired of dealing with dealers or oil change places that want to replace everything, Larsen is the place to go. If something doesn't need to be done, they will tell you that. My dad and uncle referred me to Larsen and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Over the last three years I've had the pleasure if doing business with Larsen's. On more than one occasion they have not charged me for something others do. They will do most anything to keep customers happy. Mark has test driven my car to duplicates issues. In some cases the problems didn't require repair (like the air bags at the truck-I don't carry heavy stuff). If there is nothing to repair, there is no charge. I've seen other customers ask them to take the car across the street and pump gas.They are pleasant and don't treat customers like they are stupid if they don't know what the problem is. Better yet issues that arise that are not their expertise they provide great referrals. In my case I needed tires, so they referred me to Norm's Tire where I get great service.All in all I can't believe I'm lucky enough to have found Larsen Motors.
