We went to trade in a vehical on a friday night that we had grown out of and become upside down in at the the Lindon Larry H Miller used car dealership. We were very upfront with our circumstances and understanding we may not be able to do a trade in. After four hours of going back and forth we reach a deal and we put $500 as a down payment and they sent us home with the new car. Six days later they called and said unless we gave them $2500 dollars we would lose our deal. When I called to talk to the GM he was very condesending and unkind. We took the vehical back and were treated terribly!!!! The finance manager said he didn't have access to our down payment check when we dropped it off and they lost our extra keys to our trade in. We were told to come back the next morning at 9 am and pick up our check and extra keys. When I arrive the morning shift had no idea what was going on and had to call the finance manager at home. Our check was in our original file and no extra keys!!!!
