Best customer service with Nate on Christmas Eve!! by
My family and I had a wonderful shopping experience at the laptop Xchange with Nate.He is an excellent sales person.Nate was very polite and knowledgable about the laptop and accessories that we needed.I highly reccomend anyone needing a cumputer or other electronic devices to shop here.Thanks again,Nate!

This is the first time I have ever written a complaint on any company. I had the screen replaced on a common model Dell laptop. They took twice as long as I was told it would take and then replaced it with a low value replacement part that is very difficult to see clearly from almost any point of view. They were not the least expensive buy a great deal. I do not have time to help them learn their trade and recommend you not waste your time and money.

Dont believe everything you read. I have bought three laptops from them and they all have worked perfectly. I recently purchased my third laptop from them and a week later it had a computer virus that I got from the internet. Even though software is not covered under their warranty, they installed a brand new copy of Windows for no charge. Great Store, Great Staff!!!
Laptop XChange -- some good, some bad by
There are several of these stores in the Las Vegas area, and I was very happy with the service at the Laptop XChange store on Spring Mountain. They replaced a keycap for me quickly and without incident. I was very unhappy with the service I received at the Sunset store, near the Galleria Mall in Henderson. They accidentally destroyed my laptop hinge, which is a $200 repair, and they are refusing to make it right -- saying there must have been a manufacturer defect !!!

They do what they say they'll do, fixing the laptops and whatnot. Their customer service however is terrible. The store manager (who is NEVER in and I mean NEVER, not to mention the associates "don't know when he'll be in next") is the only one who can make final decisions on things like sellbacks, therefore you have to wait a month and a half calling randomly just to find him. Plus they say repairs take 2-3 days, but on day eight when you call and they say "when it's done, it's done. We'll call you" don't be surprised. The associates care about nothing but their commission, and it's apparent in the way they try to upsell EVERYTHING. I bought a laptop from their shelf and it died nine months later. The store just needs to burn down, it's that simple.
I was really satisfied with their service, my laptop was fixed the same day for a very cheap price, I also bought a laptop for my young daughter for $200.00 and its been working just fine.I have been recomending them to everyone I know because I was really satisfied with their performance and they have some really cheap prices on laptops.

My experience with this business was incredibly frustrating. Their answer to an ETA on repairs was "when it's done, it's done, we'll call you" on multiple occasions of calling for status.######I attempted to pick up completed laptop on a Saturday afternoon, just prior to closing. I called 20 min before closing time, letting them know I'd be there just before close. I arrived after 40min city drive 5 min before their closing time, they'd already closed. With my one year old in my arms, and cash in hand to pay for repair, they refused to let me in to pick up and pay. This example of horrible service is exactly why businesses fail, and lose customers for good. I would refer people from them to other businesses, as I'd hate for anyone I know to have to deal with the exasperation and frustration I dealt with.
