5 Veterinary Review by Animal Lover - 12/28/2010

We've chosen to bring our pets to Dr. Langley for 16 years. Our pets are a part of our family. So long as Dr Langley choses to practice Veterinary Medicine in our area we will continue to bring our pets to him for care and boarding when possible. He is a valuable asset to all animal lives.

5 Great Vet by Completely Satisfied - 10/30/2009

We have been taking our pets to Langley for almost 10 years and have never had a problem. Their prices are reasonable and we have always gotten great service. We had our cats declawed there as well and 1 claw did start growing back. I took her back in and there was no charge at all.

5 Dr Langley by Happy Client - 08/13/2009

Have gone to this vet for over 20 years. Never had a problem. I feel like Dr. Langley truly cares about my pets and is not in business just for the money.

1 no vet $400-cat by dogandcat - 07/08/2009

When our cats were declawed one had a problem with the claw growing back b/c they did not get all they needed to (spoke with another vet about this and confirmed this is what happened). She started limping about a month after the original surgery. The other vet advised me as long as langley hospital was willing to fix for free to bring her back. So i did, and was charged another $50 for the anestia and pain medication. When we picked her up she had urine all over her fur, and poop in her cage..... She stunk so bad when we brought her back home we had to lock her in our basement for two days. Now another month later she is limping again, i am taking her to another vet to ensure its done right this time. On top of it all anytime i have had issues and called, i have yet to speak to a vet. Each time i brought my animals in i have never spoke to a vet.... I agree with the previous post.... you get what you pay for... I do not recommend this place, poor service, and bad for the animals....

5 Recommended by long time customer - 07/03/2009

We have been customers of Langley Animal Hospital for over 20 years. We have always found the staff to be helpful and honest and the prices in line with other vet clinics. Dr. Langley is an exceptional physician and has always rendered the best of care for our animals. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for veterinary care.

1 Would not recommend by anonymous - 05/08/2009

Horrible customer service. His staff is rude, unable to organize appointments and records, and will lie to your face. We were told one price on the phone, and confirmed at the appointment, but then were charged 3x's what we should have been. We've showed up at appointments and found out they didn't scheduled our pet. Then they play the blame game about whose fault it is (very unprofessional). I would avoid this clinic at all cost. Their prices are cheaper for a reason. You get what you pay for.
