tHEY HAVE PLENTY OF LAMPS BUT NO ONE AROUND TO HELP WITH QUESTIONS. WE WANTED TO SEE ONE LAMP WITH IT'S LIGHT ON-BULB HAD BURNED OUT. AFTER A HALF HOUR WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO REPLACE THE BULB WE WALKED OUT. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wish your staff was more knowledgeable! I needed to covert a lamp from a Slip Uno shade to a Harp style shade. I stopped into my local store to see if they had an adapter and the women working there made me wait a good five minutes while she looked around the stock room. Finally she came out with a traditional harp & saddle and said I could take my lamp apart and use that. Duh! When I told her I just want the piece that fits around the socket area to convert it to a Harp style she said it does not exist. I went home to research online. I found what I needed in about 1 minute. She should have at least asked one of her co-workers before sending me away! Highly disappointed!
