called lambs when heat pump went out and decided it was time to replace rather than repair. Mike at lambs actually came out same day to give estimate, matched what our regular serviceman would charge to put in non-Carrier brand with Carrier instead. We went with next step up, set up probable install date. Received call a few days ahead of schedule and unit was put in two days early, which with cold weather, was very welcome surprise, especially with company coming. installers showed up as promised, were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after they were done. Had decided to go with lambs based upon a great experience a co-worker had with install, they have always been pleased with lambs' quality of service, and the trust in them has always been well placed. Unit is performing well, look forward to years of hopefully trouble free performance, and looking forward to using lambs as regular maintenance and service. Very pleased with all.

I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. We installed a $13,000 system that was a zoned between two floors and it was not installed correctly nor was it able to be serviced by any person that worked for Lamb's Heating & Air. They installed the system and left town the next day to stay out of town for two weeks and was not able to send anyone to the house that was being steamed out by the summer weather. We had to call Carrier directly for them to send out a specialist who came out to tell us that the duct work that was put in needed to be redone. Needless to say, the entire system was torn out except for the shoddy duct work that was installed and had to be redone by Trane (whom I would recommend to anyone to go to Legg Heating & Air instead of Lamb any day). We ended up having to pay Trane an extra amount just because Lamb did not remove all of the product they left in the house. I wish I could rate this as no stars but it will not allow me to do so.
