I have been bringing my vehicles to Lakewood Auto body for several years. I seem to have the worst luck and my car always seems to get hit while parked in a parking lot. They always do a great job and I refer all my friends and family to Lakewood Auto Body. Friendly staff and a great job, they get 5 stars from me

I recently had to use Lakewood autobody for collision repair and I got level 10 service.The manager of lakewood was very knowledgeable and helpful. No one would ever know my vehicle was ever in an accident. They took care of getting and returning my rental and had me back in my own car in just a few days.
These people are crooks!!!! Not only did they waste our gas out, they didn't do the complete work they were paid for by my insurance company!! Got into an accident needed my front end repaird they did the with but didn't attach the radiator to the transmission soooooooooooo more repairs then did something ask that my inside and tail lights dont work and are reusing to pay for or do the repairs they are responsible for!!! Horrible customer service and Ron is an asshole, redneck prick!!
Crooks stole my gas. by
These people are crooks. My girlfriend and I both had our cars worked on here for different incidents. We both got our cars back with our gas tanks nearly on empty. I had just filled my tank full right before dropping it off. My girlfriend ended up getting her car back with a newly damaged trunk, which she had to fight with them to own up to their mistake and correct it. These people are the nightmare mechanics you hear about. Avoid this place like the plague.
No Rants Just Raves by
I was in a car accident last week, I had my vehical towed to this company. Now let me explain. I was pretty shaken up and I walked into the office and the receptionist was on top of the situation. The boss Rod, he was very courtious. He explained to me if I had any questions at ANY time to call him. Now my insurance I am going through isnt the best in communicating, but finally called me back to tellme my vehical is damaged too much to be repaired. Great. I called Rod and told him and he asked if I had any questions. I asked "where do I go from here?" He told me the list of things the insurance company will do and again, if I have any questions please call him. He will walk me through this... Really? You would think the insurance company would do the same! Great place, with great people!
