Outragous charges! by Liz - 10/08/2009They charged me $80 to have them come out for 15 minutes and tell me my dryer was shot! I will never go to Lakewood Appliance gain, they stole my hard earned money and I got nothing in return...
GE warranty repair by 4dogmama - 04/02/2008He was not even willing to come out and look at my water heater because I wanted to use the manufacturers warranty to get the parts. Only if I bought my parts from him was he willing to come out. Why, when you have a covered warranty part would you want to pay extra ffor it? He would have still gotten the labor charges. Not very professional at all!
