We had a bad experience with these guys. We sent a large deposit in after speaking numerous times to the owner over the phone while we were still home in Michigan. On the day that we arrived for our first day of vacation, the terms of our agreement suddenly changed. The boat we were promised wasn't available and we could no longer keep it where we had discussed. Now we had to pay them extra to keep it at a marina. The replacement they offered was filthy, covered in mildew with one missing seat and one broken seat. After all that, they refused to give us our $425 deposit back. We�ve attempted to contact them several times to work it out, but they refuse to take our calls. Poorest business experience I've ever had. We've filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. The owner scammed us with his �bait and switch�.
