Dr A L C H has bedside manner, second to none. He listens, quickly processes what remedy is best at that time. He is a great family man; full of compassion. I saw 2 other doctors on two other appointments for the same medical matter, and I wish to share that Dr. Johnson also listens very well and has good medical skills. I believe the office needs better organizational & customer relations skills. Thank you Dr Dominick (whom I never met) for employing these 2 good doctors.

Received a billfrom Lake Regional Urgent Care dated 9/25/2013 requesting Balance Due of $85 for a treatment in April 2008. Letter stated "This is our final attempt before being sent to collections."Called their billing 352-315-1651 and was told letter was in error and should have been for $10 because my insurance had limited the bill to $100 and we had paid $30 and the insurance had paid $60. Asked why we had not received a bill for over 5 years and when received it was in error, they claimed it was a computer error. The supervisor said she would send a revised bill and refused to listen to our position and hung up. Very rude.The problem is that when the services were provided , our insurance required us to pay a $30 fee and they paid the balance. Since that time our insurance has changed. Had the bill been timely it could have been easily resolved with the insurance company.Wonder how many people would be getting this type of bill and simply paid the $85,
