This would have been a 5 star PLUS experience if it were not for one employee (an owner?) whose non-stop foul mouth, negative attitude, anger (and other) issues, overall unpleasant demeanor and chain smoking really soured the whole affair. The tattooist (female) who did our tattoos was extremely professional, quite talented and had a very pleasant style. Aside from the foul-mouthed chain smoker (there were No Smoking signs posted...) the shop was clean and *most* of the folks professional and pleasant. I won't name names, but I'll give you a clue. If "Mr Snap-On" is there, beware... Hopefully he was just having a bad, PMS day and your overall experience will be good.
