Lacey Collision Center took all the worry out of a very stressful situation when my wife was in an accident about a year ago. After years of driving by but never needing their services, I picked them out of the phone book . Our car was professionally repaired and delivered clean and ahead of schedule. They handled the car rental, delt directly with the insurance companies and generally took all the stress out of a terrible situation. They were in complete communication during the entire process so we never had to guess what was happening. Give LCC a call if you want to be treated fairly, have your car repaired right (with a guarantee), and have your family treated with appreciation and respect. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy a stressful situation turned out to be. Our car went in looking totaled and beyond repair. It came out looking like a new car, one I was definitely proud to drive again. I now recommend LCC to all my family and friends!

So my mom took her car here not just the other day after a Hit-and-Run that took place in Tacoma. This place lied to her, saying that the wobbling in the back wheels was just her wheel bearings and was normal wear and tear, not caused by the accident (when it wasn't doing it prior to the accident, and started after!) on top of this, mom EXPLICITLY TOLD THEM NOT TO FIX THE SCRATCHES IN THE BUMPER, LEAVE THE BUMPER ALONE. so what did they go do, sanded, repainted, and refinished her bumper , and forced her to pay $300 (when they could have gotten a brand new one for $120), and didn't touch any other part of the car, and didn't fix the things that could be potentially LETHAL. THESE PEOPLE WILL LIE TO YOU, and fix things that are unimportant and charge you waaaaaay more than they should, and sometimes even not fix things that they said and listed that they did. BECAUSE THEY ARE GREEDY AND INCONSIDERATE PRICKS WHO JUST WANT TO FILL THEIR POCKETS AND LEAVE YOU OBLIVIOUSLY HANGING!!

A while back, I had my car repaired at Lacey Collision Center. From the time I walked through the door to the time I picked up my car, the Staff was a huge part in helping me with my claim.They called the insurance company and setup the rental. Asked if I wanted anything to drink or want to watch on the TV. This made me feel more at ease. When it can time to picking up,they even cleaned the car before giving it back and when they pulled it up it looked like when I bought it from the dealer. I am going to tell all my friends how great you were. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I had my 2009 Silverado fixed there. It looked as good as the day I bought it new. Tim was very profressional and curtious. I would recomend this shop to anybody.
