Entertainment before you eat.

As a person on a limited budget Kyoto's, for me, is a quarterly treat. I'm sure most would say it's very affordable. You get plenty of food for what you pay for and more... entertainment. Hope your not anti-social, you'll most likely be seated with other parties. The food is cooked before your eyes, while your chef performs tricks with the food such as egg tossing and flaming onion volcanoes. This place is fun! Unfortunately I can't tell you what the sushi's like, I'm not a fan. Don't go if you're starving the service is kinda slow. When there was a large group of us, I was relieved I had made a reservation, they are usually very busy and I'd say a party larger than 4 should call ahead. The food is obviously fresh, you can tell when they bring out the raw ingredients, and it's fantastic. If you want just sushi and not theatrics, no worries, you can go directly to the sushi bar. I would definitely recommend Kyoto's to anyone. In a word, this place is FUN.
