This place doesn't even deserve one star!! I've been going in there just about every day since they opened because they have the "surge energy" cappuccino. The same guy usually works in there every morning, he's always just been very rude. This morning I went in to get my cappuccino and it wasn't working properly, so I asked, "Is this one out?" he said (in a very rude tone), "It might be". I work in customer service and I would have never treated a customer like that. I would have walked out and fixed it for my customer if that were to happen to me. Every time that I stopped in there I dreaded seeing that man in there. I always debated on whether or not I should go in on my way to work and now, I will not. These people will got get ANY of my business EVER AGAIN.
