Agent Ketki Shah was incredibly responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable about the entire process. Not only was her initial price $400 cheaper than other agents she took the time to contact me AFTER I booked the ticket to let me know of a competitor airline announcing a much better offer and ultimately saving me more than $1200.
