It's hard to believe s company could make it a pleasure to have your car repaired after an accident, but Kramer's did so. They were so cooperative about arranging a good time for MY schedule, both for delivery and pick-up; they pre-ordered the necessary parts so the repair was done in a very short time, and they were right-on in their estimate of the cost (and about $15 less than the insurance company estimate, so definitely no price gouging). I live quite a ways from Forest Grove but choose to get an estimate from them on the basis of a personal referral. Despite the distance, it was clear they would be my best bet, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there should their services be needed again.
