Kathryn has gone above and beyond for us. Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. KRElite has patiently worked with us to not only find the home we've been wanting but also sell our current home and due to their excellent work ethic and prompt execution they made it all happen. I'd recommend them to everyone I know. Buying and selling a house is stressful enough but they really made it a breeze.

As a tenant, this company is OK to rent with. They promised free Jazz tickets in their ads if you rent one of their places, but I never got them. Sometimes I could reach someone to talk to during the rental process, sometimes not, so you need to be persistent. I had to wait more than two weeks for maintenance one time. Their office has also moved, so the address on Depot Drive is not correct. They are on Washington Blvd now. They certainly are friendly, which is why I rated them "2 out of 5 stars".
