The team at Kozlowski orthodontics were very professional and sensitive to our needs. They took time with us to answer all our questions , provide a variety of treatment options and provided several pmt options that would would work for us. Will recommend this office to others!!

And Emma makes two. Two in our family now have braces and we are so happy with everything. Great care and everyone loves going to the office. Who wouldn’t love the massage chairs. Makes us want to get there 30 minutes early, lol. Just a great experience overall!

Dr Jeff listens to his patients and works with them in setting and accomplishing their goals. Today Morgan was surprised by getting her braces off one month early (less than a year). She and Dr Jeff worked together, persevered with a commitment to being "braces free" before her senior pictures!! Great job to Dr Jeff, staff and Morgan!

Our entire experience today from consult through Luc getting his braces was fabulous. Everyone was very friendly, they were very informative and doctor Kozlowski was so nice; we really liked him instantly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first child getting braces. I also like that they assessed my second child who was there who may not need them right now but will be assessed in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience -10 stars. Thank you- thank you!

Your staff is amazing! I was pretty shocked at the price of this second phase, I wasn't expecting that. Ashley (I thought that was her name anyway) who put Jason's braces on was wonderful and patient with him as she tried to teach him how to use the elastic bands!

I called this morning because my daughters mouth was bleeding and when I looked, her gums were almost over the brackets on her teeth. They were red and swollen. I called and they were able to see her this morning! Arcadia figured out what was wrong and called for Caitlin for assistance as well! She took out her wire and chain, cleaned her mouth, explained to us what had happened and we were out within 15 min! Everyone was super helpful and we really appreciate it every time we walk into the office for an appointment!

Loved my first impression of this office. The staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Kozlowski seemed to be genuinely nice and took the time to explain everything to me and my boys. Sadly, you just don't see that kind of service anymore. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment.

Excellent appointment as always! Doctor Kozlowski has helped my smile tremendously already and I have only had braces for a few months now! Highly reccomend!

My daughter was seen today at the East Lyme office. Nicole was the tech who our first appointment was with when she got her braces on and she was just as awesome as our first time meeting her. She is very upbeat and positive, helpful, engaging and sweet. All of the staff are pleasant and easy to talk to! While most other dental/doctor appointments are dreadful...Dr Jeff and his team make it fun and painless (as painless as braces can be anyway lol) and we cant thank you enough! Keep the tunes rockin! Great job Team Kozlowski!
