is this normal procedure by mommy to 3 - 11/18/2009My 3 year old daughter went in for a cleaning and all was fine until the hygienist cut her gums . They began to bleed and she was not happy. The staff had to hold her down to finish the cleaning. And afterward they lokked at me like "your kid is such a brat" .I felt uncomfortable with the whole thing, I feel like I should have stepped in. She usually does really well . Is it ok for the staff to hold down a child just for a cleaning? All in all the place is soso. It's like a revolving door, more in more out.I will go elswhere next time.
Below Average by Yuman - 03/02/2008This business tailors to kids, but the quality of work is poor and patients are rushed through the dental process. Methods are used to keep the kids from moving that are not necesarily practiced in succesfull dentist offices. Dental assistants have little experience and the dentist are the same. The management that oversees this office location is even less experienced in business and the offices in Phoenix and Tucson have also suffered.
