I have been shopping at this Kohl's for a long time but have never been more disgusted as today when the manager REFUSED to honor the stores marked price on a pair of Nike shoes while we were checking out. Her exact words were "I don't know what to tell you." And she literally walked away leaving me in front of the retail clerk shrugging her shoulders. How about you tell me you're gonna honor the price? So again while in line I had to explain to my 11 y/o son that he couldn't get the shoes he wanted. Fortunately he is smarter than the manager. We took our buisness to another store where customer service is a staple. Kohl's owe us an apology for the embarrasment! We will never be back!!!
