Sorry I waiting until now to give my opinion on their work (completed tile installation last Fall). The workers installed the tile but did not notice the sporadic defects in the coloration. It took about a week or two for the manufacturing representative to arrive to agree with us that there were indeed issues with around 5 of the tiles. It took around another week and a half to get workers at our home to chisel out the defected ones and replace them. All in all we like their work. They kept in contact with us throughout the entire episode. The workers were kind enough to help me initially move the heavy items from the work area to the spare room and back again after the repairs (without an extra charge, too!).
