Design fees are based on either the square footage of the project or on a hourly fee, plus a modest mark up of product

KML Designs specializes in mid to high end residential and small commercial interiors. Kara believes in mixing timeless trends with modern design to achieve classic beautiful interiors. Her knowledge of mixing an array of brand name furnishings, accents and lighting create an individual custom, creative, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Kara's goal with every client is getting to know them on a personal level and working with them one on one to design interiors that reflect their needs and lifestyle.

KML Designs also acts as a liaison between vendors, contractors, and architects to ensure that the designs are achieved to the utmost care and consideration and that quality and attention
to every detail is top priority. Kara's understanding on both architecture and design, has been a one of her main concerns and stays current with the latest trends.
