Thanks for a great visit for my daughter yesterday... The staff is always so friendly and talks to her and I about what they are doing and what to expect in any soreness. Dr Brian is very nice and friendly and does well with her. I'm glad we brought her here to get her braces.

Sophie had broken the wire on her retainer so had to get 4 brackets put back on but you made her day when she got to choose orange and lime green.

This review is long over due :). Three of my children have "graduated" from Dr. Kleins' orthodontic treatment "school" and one is currently under their care. Two of them went with regular braces, and two were qualified for invisalign. Dr. Klein and Dr. Brian have always been very professional, patient, encouraging and kind. They take time to answer questions and explain the details. The staff are pleasant, competent, and are ready to work with you on any issues you might encounter. With the girls' bright colored uniform, they bring to the office sunshine and rainbows everyday. The waiting room is designed and arranged with patients' comfort and enjoyment in mind. Our children are very happy with their new smile.

Everyone is great, I never have to wait and the staff is really nice. Salem office is close and I don't miss school because I get an appointment later in the afternoon.
