if you like walking in circles , being kept drugged to cope with this money grab , this is your place . way to many staff doing nothing . lots of expensive cars and trucks and just now ten to twelve new paintings costing 200.00 plus apiece . I have done on my own with Gods help what they was supposed to do . not recommended .

Original i started my treatment at twin town in north Hollywood, not my favorite place. i didn't enjoy having to follow the 12 step program step by step it just wasn't something that worked for me. Eventually i left, and started treatment at Klean in West Hollywood. the staff was pretty cool and laid back unlike the previous intense tight butts at twin center. their rooms are very comfortable and not crowded at all, just 3 people to share their own 2bed one bath kitchen and living room. the staff and facility itself had a very zen and positive energy. i felt more comfortable than ever to talk about me in front of a group, and learned alot about myself and was able to grow.
KLEAN Treatment is EXPENSIVE and UNTEHICAL

I brought a friend to KLEAN in a horrible time of need believing in good faith they were a legitimate facility. It's a beautiful place, in fact it seemed too good be true. As it turns out, it WAS too good to be true. KLEAN has a published rate that ends up being, when all is said and done, just under $2500 a DAY (including catered meals, meds, etc.). This is far beyond what most insurance companies will pay, but that's the whole point. Klean pretends to be "high end" to appeal to a wealthy client base. If you're rich and stupid, then you'll pay for whatever your insurance doesn't cover. If you're NOT and they have a spot open they'll take you anyway and bill your insurance company the policy maximum and "waive" the difference. So basically, they LIE to the insurance company about their rates and tell them you're paying a deductible and co-pay that you're really not.So what do you actually GET? My addict friend says they pump you full of more drugs than any other detox facility he's been to, and the "treatment program" is primarily the otherwise FREE meetings provided by AA and NA down the street. If you love someone with an addiction... despite all the glossy pictures this is NOT the place to go.
