My car was FILTHY going in, and it certainly came out cleaner, but they didn't get the sides of my car...odd.
Maybe it was so bad I needed to go through twice? The price was perfect, however.

Good prices, do-it-yourself vacuums, and no "tip" driers upon exit (guys standing at the end of the tunnel ostensibly to scratch up your finish with dirty rags, but really collecting the propinas).
