What I appreciated most about Kirstin was her ability to teach as well as provide hands on therapy. Ultimately, our bodies want to heal themselves and feel good - Kirstin was able to explain some of the things that may prevent this from happening, plus she gave me "take home" exercises that I continue to use.Not only did I feel immediate results, but I understood ways in which I could maintain them.The greatest benefit? Prior to my work with Kirstin, I was seeing a chiropractor 1-2 times per week. I wasn't aware of any other therapy that would specifically help with spinal alignment, but I found that structural integration was the perfect complement. Following my work with Kirstin, I've been able to reduce my chiropractor visits, which saves me both time and money, and I still feel great.
