VERY UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE
by EMILY , 05/13/2014
VERY RUDE WOMAN ON THE PHONE. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE SOMEONE FRIENDLY TO HELP YOU WHEN YOU ARE GOING THROUGH A HARD TIME IN YOUR LIFE SUCH AS HAVING SURGERY AND NEEDING A WHEEL CHAIR, ETC.
Great Med Supply Store
by Chris , 09/23/2013
I have visited this store many times in the past and purchased many different kinds of items, i.e.: wheel chair and other ADA items, wound care medical supplies, body wash products, and getting my wife's electric scooter repaired. I have always been instantly acknowledged upon entering the store. Everyone is courteous, and helpful. I am a very satisfied return customer for the past 5 years.

Today was the second time in two years that we have called them and never gotten the return call that they said that we would get. It took three different calls to them today before someone finally picked up the phone. Then they transfered me to someone that could help us get my scotter fixed. Guess what? You get an answering machine and that person never calls you back. Same thing happened last year.
Poor customer service

I have had to go to kirk's several times in the last few weeks to pick up items for my mother. Each time I go in I am ignored by the staff. This last time I had to stand there while they discussed their lunch plans like I was absolutely invisible. Not sure how there customer service could be any worse but each time I go in they seem to find a way.
Will not do business here again.

Customer service is horrible here. They give a lot of excuses or pass you to someone else who has no answers either. My scooter is in their shop for the 3rd time in 2 to 3 weeks and still they haven't found the answer. In the meantime I am trapped at my house because it is my only mode of leaving my house to do anything.
terrible/non-existent customer service
by caroljane13 , 07/26/2012
My daughter and I went to the Kirk's on Martin Way last week on Thursday,July 19th,around 1:30 p.m. to purchase a lift chair. There were 3 employees working and one couple purchasing. We were in the store about 15 minutes looking at chairs and trying them out. At no time whatsoever were we greeted or assisted. Another customer came in and was immediately greeted and asked what they were looking for. We were still ignored, even though we walked to other side of store to look at pillows. The store on Yauger Way is awesome, but this one on Martin Way is horrible. We purchased a chair elsewhere.
They lost my prescription, ID & insurance card
by Mayra , 06/16/2012
I faxed my prescription with my ID and insurance card for compression socks on Thursday. They told me that the sock be ready to pick up Saturday. I called Saturday to know is were ready to pick up. The young woman who answer the phone, asked others co-wokers and no one know any thing about my prescription. She was so "smart" than told me to call next Monday. I told her that I will go my prescription to other place that are organized. She didn't care. She was so "smart" that she never did a search in the computer to see if my information was there. Bad customer services. They are not professional.
DO NOT GO HERE!

They are rude and disrespectful and think they are above the rules of the insurance company. I don't see how they stay in business,
