I purchased a riding lawn mower (Toro) and paid cash (more than $2, 500) up front for it. This purchase was made on May 23, 2013. Exactly one month later, on June 23, 2013 the lawnmower had already shut down on me at least four (4) times. The riding lawnmower was taken in for service. If I had known then what I know now, I would have told Kipp's to keep the mower and give me back my more than two thousand dollars. Instead, I went back to Kipp's and paid cash (more than $400) for a walk behind (Honda) mower. This one has never given me any problems. The Toro has been a problem since I purchased it. Kipp's knowingly and willfully sold me a defective Toro mower. Kipp's sold me a "lemon" and expected me to keep paying pick up and drop off fees, and service fees, and parts and labor fees for a defective mower. This is a crime. The bad attitudes of the staff is horrible. I'm not done with Kipp's. There are laws against this kind of behavior.

I would not recommend to this shop. I took a lawnmower to the shop to have a traction cable replaced on a walk-behind mower. Service was quick and they had the replacement completed in 3 days. Paid for the parts and labor ( watch out for their sneeky $6.00 'shop supplies' fee ). Got the mower home and it didn't work. Immediately called the shop and spoke with Kyle. I had to return the mower to the shop the same day and they had to 'adjust' the cable they just installed. Charged me another 1/2 hour labor fee. Don't you think they would have adjusted the cable to make sure it worked correctly?

Go Somewhere Else!!

Horrible service, hours don't actually go till 5 I showed up at 4:35 and they had closed even though the sign posted said 5. Called a liar by a worker as she told me someone called to say the engine of my mower had seized. If that were true then I would not have been able to fix the mower with my uncle by replacing a missing part. it made me wonder about the inexperienced mechanics they must have working there. Or they really don't know what their doing, or they're lying! Never experienced such poor customer service in my life!
