Negative reviewer had received two DUIs within one month and expected no jail time. I tried to help her as much as possible, but judge thought she needed jail. As you can see, she blames her attorney. I helped her to the end, even up to the time they took her to jail yelling and screaming. Please don't take stock in this kind of review.

I hired Matt Kinney to represent me in a DUI and upon meeting him, he was very enthusiastic and optimistic about my case. However, as soon as I paid him his retainer ($1250) he seemed less optimistic about our chances. The first deal he brought to me (which didn't happen until 3 months into the case) was exactly the opposite of what I had asked for. When he came back with a deal I thought seemed appropriate, he appeared for me in court, and instead of the 2 days in jail he had told me, I ended up with 10 days. When I tried to contact him later about this and ask if there was anything we could do to reduce the time in jail, he said it would cost me more money and stopped returning my calls.
