One year ago we moved from Clinton New Jersey to Georgia and we have had a horrible experience with this company especially Dave. We use them years ago when they had a different manager and everything went great so we decided to use them again. The first thing they did was cancel our moving date when we had everything all set and they told us they could not move us on that date. The next thing that happened was a lot of her items were damaged and Dave convinced us to do the insurance for $300 in case anything was broken and when we tried to file a claim he never responded to any of our calls and emails. We recently just found out that he said he no longer works for the company and now when you call there is just a recording and you cant get in touch with anyone. They are completely disorganized and dis honest and Dave comes off as this friendly nice guy that will do a great job and he has totally screwed us. We probably need to hire a lawyer at this point to get our items covered because no one will answer our calls. Do not use this company at this point because they must have gone through something and change managers from when they were great years ago this is no longer the case. We have been extremely frustrated and upset this past year trying to get money back for all of our items that were damaged with no success, stay far away from this company they are dishonest and something is going on

Avoid. My elderly parents used...

Avoid. My elderly parents used this company because they quoted a better price. They charged more $$$ the day of move. They were stuck since it was too late to use someone else. They damaged furniture and walls in the new place. Bad experience. They are not members of the Better Business Bureau.

have used Kinnaman moving for 3 moves, they also moved my mother and my daughter, always on time, never any damage, they came within their estimates, have recommended them to my friends as well. great guys. good company to work with

Avoid- Not members of Better Business Bureau

Changed quoted price on day of move-we were stuck so we paid the extra $200 dollars. So unethical. They damaged several items and refused to pay for repairs. They are not members of the Better Business Bureau so we are without money for damages and overpaid for bad service. F-

Lost and damaged Grandfather Clock

Kinnamon moved my furniture in Dec.. They arrived without my grandfather clock. The driver had left it at another residence in Pensacola. It took the Co. 30 days to return it to me. The picked it up, put it in storage and when it did arrive the timing mechanism was damaged. We had a Co. with over 25 years come to the house to repair it. I only asked to be reimbursed for the part approximately $120. Well it is now 7 months later and no response. I turned it to the Better Business Bureau of NJ. They tried for a month to get a response. They do not belong to the Better Business Bureau. Now I have turned it to the NJ Div. of Consumer Affairs. I would never never use them. The lost my clock, damaged it and even though they know they were at fault. NO Response. We are Senior Citizens and that money is important to us, even though Kinnamon can't be bothered to make it right. They figure, they won't be using us again and blew us off. That is abusive.

Great experiences

I have used this company three times personally, and have recommended them to friends. Our experience has always been great. They were on time, moved everything with care...and were nice guys. The price was always in accordance with th estimate.

Find a more professional mover-AVOID

Company changed quoted price for move on day of move. Movers broke an antique piece of furniture while loading the truck and claimed it wasn't their fault. They dumped all pieces in parking lot and refused to move anything and left! Police report filed on scene. Do not use this company. Not members of Better Business Bureau. Appalling business practices.
