Often your items are loaded into a 3rd
party truck, handled by laborers that have been hired for the day to load and unload your home. Training is often not given to these day workers, and background checks are rarely done.

On move day a knowledgeable supervisor will accompany the crew and will oversee your move from
beginning to end.
