Escalade buyer by Squeeky - 05/24/2009After days of receiving poor trade-in offers and conversations with other dealers, I discovered this car lot. They initially offered to search nationwide for the exact pre-owned vehicle with specs I wanted, and showed me my trade-in value, where they got it, and recent values for vehicles like mine in a print-out. Theirs was the best trade-in amount of any of the other dealer. After telling them of the interior space I needed, they found a beautiful 4 year-old vehicle with low mileage and a great price. I have owned the SUV for several months and it is a great buy. I would recommend this dealer. They made the transaction easy and I liked the staff...very casual, but it worked for me.
Service great, Sales sloppy by review - 09/15/2007We found the sales dept. to be sloppy - misspelled names, misspelled words, out-of-sequence phone numbers, other errors, etc. However, the SERVICE dept. is really good. The service managers and technicians seem knowledgeable, honest, and friendly.
