This place is real unprofessional. My cat had some irritation on her skin so we took her to Kind Animal Hospital to check it out. The assistant (with tattoos and large gauge earrings) was showing off his scars on his hard from previous cats he mishandled as we were waiting for the vet. The vet and assistant look like people who robbed the place than dressed up as and pretend to be veterinarians. In some attempt to examine my cat, they covered her with some raggedy towel and forcefully grabbed her to prevent resistance. Of course, she was all wild now as the vet speculated that the skin irritation could be incense or something in our house. We literally walked out and went to another place down the street who gave my cat antibiotics and and ointment. I found them to be just plane incompetent.

After getting a bad vibe from a previous animal hospital and then being told that it was best my rottie be put to sleep.. I had to get a 2nd opinion... And I'm so glad I did. Kind Animal Hospital quickly made time to see us and soon after was performing surgery on Jeremiah. Turns out that he did not have cancer or a tumor as the previous hospital suggested.. Dr. Diaz called me as soon as the surgery was complete.. Jeremiah apparently swallowed one of my son's toy balls and it was blocking his small intestines.. In the morning I was surprised and happy to receive a follow up e-mail with a picture of my baby. Not even 24 hrs later and he was back to himself. Thank you sooo much Kind Animal Hospital!
