The service from Kincaid Roofing is amazing. I was unsure of whether to call the first company listed from the Reviews because my assumption was that the wait time would be longer. But fortunately for me I was wrong. The owner, Kris Kincaid, personally came by to do the estimate. He had a warm energy about him and his west Texas charm made me feel confident that I made the right decision. He made sure I was in the know in understanding what the job entails and how much it would cost. He walked me through the insurance claim and went line by line to ensure the money was distributed appropriately and then he personally went door to door to all my neighbors and dropped off a personal note letting them know that they would be roofing during what days and time. This guy is awesome!

I can tell Kris is passionate about his job. This was one of the very few times where I genuinely felt like I had 5 star service.

I had a hole in my roof and it needed to be repaired. They first put a tarp over it until it they could come out. Kris would call me every now and then to make sure that it was intact and that no water would get through. I would highly recommend Kincaid Roofing to everyone I know.

I did the work for you. I contacted many roofing companies and spent hours getting quotes for an elderly person no longer living in Lubbock. Quotes ranged from $750 to $5000 for the exact same work. Then I contacted Kris with Kincaid Roofing. What a pleasant surprise. He is just who I was looking for. Kris is honest and hard working. I talked with him several times and found him to be a man of integrity. Kris even got the work done a bit ahead of schedule. All this plus he's a member of the Better Business Bureau. As a bonus, because of the other reviews and the conversations I had with Kris, I didn't worry at all about whether the work was done well. I knew it was. Give this company your business and you'll know you will have quality work done on time at a fair price.

Kincaid Roofing was a breath of fresh air for me...considering past experiences I've had with other roofers.
