We've been clients for a decade. Always have received professional, compassionate care for our pets. Would highly recommend to anyone who love's their pets.

BAD..BAD...BAD........ You are a dollar sign walking in the door...Run away... Called to reorder and pick up my pets medication prescribed by vet. They gave me the wrong medication. When I returned to get the right stuff, returning the wrong medication. They would not refund on the wrong Medication because they said the outer packaging was opened. So if you are getting a medication with the outer packaging opened, know that I already payed 25.36 for that medication. Money hungry folkes there, to argue with a customer over 25.13 !! I told them I would take my dog business elsewhere, and they could have cared less. That 25 dollars meant more to them. Stay away, they do not care about your pet,they just want your money.

I've been bringing my dog for almost a year here after moving from the Chicago area. The staff has never been anything but courteous and is especially attentive to my special needs dog. I highly recommend this establishment for any and all of your pet's health needs.

I couldn't disagree more with the other reviews. My family has been taken our pets here for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with their care. Their staff is always welcoming and friendly. I have seen all 5 vets at one time or another and they are all extremely knowledgeable and caring. You get what you pay for, the best......

Priced like they cater to Beverly Hills clientele. Atrociously overpriced and charge for ever little thing. Treated with arrogance and concerns were dismissed because "I'm not the one who went to college for this. " They're full of themselves and their attitudes and prices reflect that. Glad I was able to find a nice vet who listens to my concerns and is actually concerned about my pet - her health, comfort and pain. She wasn't just a procedure that needed to be performed by the "experts." I will NEVER take any of my pets to this clinic again, disgusted with everything about it.

Very unprofessional approach to customers. Performed work that was not requested on animals. Took our cat in with symptoms of an infection and they vet started looking for obscure illnesses. A lot of money later, took the cat to a different vet after being verbally confronted by the Kimberly Crest and turned out to be an infection in the cat's leg that was a simple fix.



DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. The vets here are money hungry and do not care about your animals.
